Riot of Petals is a lovely stamp..at first, though, when you look at it, you see lots of drawn lines, and coloring!
I know Sandy, my friend, hates to color....well, this is easy..not really coloring, and fast!
Does it look complicated?
I stamped it in Versamark and then embossed it with Fine Gold embossing powder.
Afterwards, I took an old DOVE Blender pen, and dipped it in the White Craft INK, and then blended the ink from a re-inker (Rose red) onto the white ink. After it dries, I took a Kleenex and wiped the excess away. I love the colors, and looking forward to making more of them with other stamped images.
Riot of Petals is on the DORMANT list for this next catalaog...but, you shouldn't wait too long....!!!
It will be gone if it isn't popular!
Now, I want to share a couple of great POP UP books with you. This is a book of Paper Engineering, and the author is Carol Barton.
I got them though Amazon.com, and they are really a nice addition to making pop ups! Book 1 is simple basic pop ups. Book 2 is Platforms and Props.
Book 1 also has a mailing that you can send away for patterns to cut up and then both have pockets to store the templates in.....If you see these books at Borders, or Barnes and Noble, be sure to check them out!!!

Love the Riot of Petals card! It's on my list of sets to get :-) Can't wait to try the White Craft Ink coloring technique too - thanks for posting such a great sample!
