Since I have been using the Olive/Chocolate combination, I decided to put a floral twist on this. Using the Fifth Avenue Floral, I stamped vanilla cardstock in Chocolate chip, Old Olive, and Baja Breeze. I then stamped the Olive cardstock in Olive, and the Rose, I stamped it on white cardstock and embossed using the versamark and the clear ep. I colored in using Kiwi Kiss, Old Olive and Always Artichoke.
The Designer Paper is from the Urban Garden paper series, and the colors used to accent are Olive, Not Quite Navy, and Chocolate Chip.
I cut the cardstock using the Top Notes Die and gosh I love that die! I haven't been using it much and I NEED TO keep it out so I can use it more often!
ONE TIP: When you do the roses....STAMP several of the roses and emboss. Set aside the paper that has all the roses, except cut out the one you need. Whenever you need another rose for a card, you will have the embossing done already, and you won't have to do that step......!! I did a few, so this was an 'extra' one, and I think I might just go back and stamp and emboss a few more so I have them "IN CASE OF EMERGENCY CARD!!"....lol!
