It was one that I really caught my eye at the beginning of this catalog and I didn't purchase it, due to trying to not buy every set just "because".
So, finally now, playing with it, it is really so sweet.
I brayered the background in So Saffron. For some reason, I was dreaming in So Saffron last night, and thinking of making a card using So Saffron.
I only brayered 2/3's in So Saffron, and then I sponged the ground area using a mask in Always Artichoke, Old Olive and Kiwi Kiss.
I sponged the top corners in Baja Breeze, because it is the sky after all....
I then stamped the tree in Chocolate Chip and then stamped the leaves using Always Artichoke and Old Olive. I wanted to give this a summery cheery look with a calm feeling of making someone feel good. Do you think it achieved this?
It is layered on Baja Breeze and Chocolate Chip....ready to send!
READY FOR THE RETIRED LIST???

That is a beautiful card. I love the background and the subtle way the hills compliment the trees. Hmmmm...I keep seeing this tree, I may have to add it to my list.
