I love this set! It is a simple easy 2 step stamping set that is reasonably priced, and in the TRENDS of today! I saw the trees at Target on a placemat, and on a card and towels at Walmart...
Using a mask to stamp the trees, and then the sponging technique of making the grass and sky, it makes the images pop, and look finished!
I punched the side with a 1/2 of the 1" circle punch, just so that I could tie the ribbon and not have it go to the edge, and create a little different place to open the card.
Now, this card, I couldn't stop with just the front of the card, I had to do the inside too! I cut the cardstock and layered it over Chocolate chip. The curvy hills and the trees create a nice border at the bottom of the card, which would be just perfect for your note that you're writing to thank someone special, or for a special birthday or Father's Day wish!
Don't forget about the Special for this month!

This is wonderful. I just love this stamp set. Nice job :)
ReplyDeleteThis stamp set is right up there among my favorites. I really like the rolling hills that you have the trees set on and the inside of the card adds the perfect finishing touch.
