This was my first attempt at the watercoloring using the Fifth Avenue Floral set, and it isn't the best, I think I learned a lot from this... I didn't use white embossing powder, which I think would show up better than clear, but it was only a first attempt...and then I can see why they use brighter colors! The image pops up with the more color you add!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I have to say that I don't read this often enough, and I should....It is down at the bottom of my blog, although I used to have it at the top of my blog. I had to put this verse on my facebook site, because I knew that I really needed to remember this. I have been plaqued with maladies from my car, and other things, that sometimes, I fear that I get overwhelmed with problems, and lose focus. I have to say that this verse really put things in perspective!

This Saturday, I will be getting up with many fellow friends to help those who are walking by passing out water for the Revlon Walk. If you're participating in this, in Los Angeles, we'll be at Water station 2, by Channel 7 (ABC). We'll be wearing our Wilson Bruins (Cardinal/Maroon) shirts....look for us...and say hi!
So, think of us while we're handing out water....and don't forget to mail your Mother's Day card if you still have your mom...and remember they're still your mom no matter how crazy they drive you!
