Family Treasures - Confetti Birthday Style!

My daughter has a birthday gift that she needed for a friend...who is turning 16. I am going to add the numbers 1 and 6 to this and make it a gift that she can put photos in from the party.... The Confetti SS kit #109610 19.95 pg 174 was perfect for this Album book! I used the left overs from my blog entry for the Birthday Scrapbook in a Box....(and added a few non textured cardstock instead of opening up another package of texture cardstock (or another ss kit..) to make this book. I think that the colors Rose Red, Old Olive, Taken with Teal, are perfect! I didn't use the Sahara sand, since I had used up most of it, for the Scrapbook in a box. The Adhesive die cuts are also from the kit, and although a lot of them were used for the other project, I basically had 1/2 the stickers left to do this project!I think that they lended themselves to complete the project, and the colors are bright and cheery!

The touches that Andrea tells you to use make the book look so nicely put together! Now, my daughter who refuses to scrapbook or stamp or create, wants one of her own..do you think she should maker her own?? lol...I think I might just let her off, and make one for her.....

What a way to use up all the pieces and come out with 2 Great projects!
