This is a find in the Dollar Bin at WALMART! They have 2 games for 1.00, in these little pads that measure approx 4 1/2 x 5 1/2". I decided to decorate them up and make them a little bit more snazzy!
I used Soft Sky and
Spring Break DSP (pg 168) to decorate it, and the Scallop punch and circle punches to hide the magnetic closure that is tucked under the DSP and the Scallop....
The pencil is held in with elastic cording, I wanted to use a hair tie, but didn't have any of the smaller ones that you can get..(I didn't think of it while I was at Walmart)...but you can get them there. Make sure you get the thin ones so it won't interfere with the closure. I punched 2 holes and poked the ends of the elastic out, and tied it (but if you use a hair tie, you won't have to tie it in a knot like I did!)
Voila! Ready to go..anyone want to play a game of Hangman???
They also had Tic Tac Toe, Sudoku and Word Search....2 games for 1.00!
