1 piece cardstock 11" x 4" (or any width - can be 4 1/4, 3" but the length needs to be 11" for it to work using these marks on the Scor-Pal)
Score the lines at the Triangles Be sure you line it up correctly. Some of the grooves are close together, so be sure it is the ones marked with the triangle!
Fold your cardstock. It should be equal sections (3 sections)
Measure your photo. I then took a piece of scrap cardstock and cut a template that was just a little smaller than the photo. This way, the photo will not fall out after being placed inside the frame.
Start punching using the 1 3/8" square punch. Carefully, use the pencil as your guide lines to punch the window.
If you get to an area where your punch won't reach, use scissors to finish off the window

Your photos will fit inside the area under the frame window you punched out!
Use Sticky tape to make a pocket for your photo.
I taped 2 sides only, so I could insert in my photo (or gift card..or whatever you want to put inside!)
I stamped a cover for the front, using the Live your Dream set from the Occasions Mini Catalog.
Stamped the flower in the inside in Blush blossom on the Blush Blossom cardstock and inserted the photo!.....

I love this! I am going to try it out and make one to give my dad with his grandkids in it! Thanks for the idea.
