Making a flap using a circle is easy with the Coluzzle!
You can make any size half circle or oval flap using the coluzzle
First, decide on what size card you want to make.

Stamp your paper, or use the DSP (Designer Double sided paper)

Then, you line up the coluzzle (in a smaller circle ) either using the same coluzzle or the companion coluzzle which is smaller.

You can then mount it to the card

To make washers: First punch the smaller hole. It makes it easier to line up. Then take the 3/4" circle punch and line up the smaller 1/8" punch in the center (eye it), and then punch it out. For this card, I needed 2 washers.
This is what your washers will look like.
