Sweet Scoops! Isn't that a cute name for a stamp set? I love ice cream but most of all, I love it when you can "think" out of the box! 
This set reminds me of an OLD set that we had a long time ago, that had ice cream scoops and cones...so I decided to bring that back in miniature by doing this card...3 sweet bears with party hats!
I tied the pink taffeta into tiny little knots and dove tail cut the ends.
