What you need to use is Plate B sandwich the die (blades up) and then your material (in this case, Cardstock), and then Plate B again.

The ballet blue scallop circle is the punch, and it is the same exact size as the smallest scallop circle. This is scallop circle (Largest), and scallop circle 2, (the two smaller sizes - medium and smallest)
