Happy 4th of July!!!
A few days ago, I was perusing blogs, and came across a box of cards that Cambria made for her Grandma......I loved the box of cards! I love Cambria's version better than mine, but this is what I had left over in my stash.....My mom has been asking me to make her some cards so she could sell them to her friends or use them for herself. She asks me all the time, I just never have enough to give to her, because, usually, they are used as class samples....
But...seeing this set, I thought, what a good way to use up some of the (now) discontinued papers that were in the Occasions Mini Catalog...This is the Summer Picnic papers. I miss them already, don't you? I also hadn't used up very many of the Die Cut Blooms, so this is also another way to use up the die cuts.
I still have the orange and the red, which I will save for another project,...maybe more cards?
Cambria has the pattern for the box on her blog, so be sure to check it out!
These are post cards, which can be placed into envelopes for quickie thank you's!

I embellished them with buttons, and more die cuts and DSP
Happy 4th of July....
I probably won't be posting as much since I will be getting ready for convention at the end of the month, but I hope to keep putting something in at least a few times before I go........I should also be receiving my Pre-Catalog order soon too....(open open open..the Mervyns commercial always comes to mind!)
