Gift Box Decor

I love making boxes, and using my Sizzix BIG SHOT and Stampin' Up! dies to make the boxes spring out from ordinary, to ...EXTRA ordinary!
I had a bottle of Olive Oil that I was giving to a friend for her birthday, and it certainly needed a special package to set it off! I scored a 12x12 sheet of cardstock in Bliss Blue to make this tall box.

I scored it at 1", 3", 5", 7" and cut off at 9". Then, I scored it at 2" at the bottom. The Olive Oil fit perfectly in the box. I used the Daisy Sizzlet, Leafy Sizzlet and the Swirl Sizzlet to decorate the Box-bag. Sponging the Daisy with Classic ink in Marina Mist, and River Rock.

  1. Very nice! My Mom & my Son-In-Law's Mom do the Stampin' Up! too ~ they make alot of handmade cards. Your "beach girls" theme got my attention because I am a beach finatic!

Maybe you could "beachify" a box or 2.

I have a beach themed blog & ecommerce site & still can't get enough :D
