Addicted to BIG SHOT

Addiction: noun the quality or state of being addicted.
compulsive need for and use of habit forming substance
characterized by tolerance and by well defined physiological symptoms upon withdrawal; persistent compulsive use of substance known by the user to be harmful.

Well! Is that a mouthful! I guess if you get your finger stuck in the Big Shot, you can get injured! But I am having fun using the Big Shot to cut letters and vines to create more than cards!



Each year, our church has a Teddy Bear Tea for the 4 year olds and it is always well attended. This year, we're taking photos of each child and so we decided to make a window frame for the picture. They will put their face through the hole and take a photo which will be added to their frame. (decorated with build a bear - shown on a previous post)




I cut out all the letters in Basic Black and cut the vine out of Gable Green (discontinued 2010) and then punched the flowers and the centers from Yo yo yellow, summer sun and Positively Pink.

Nice to use up some of the discontinuing colors!

Of course, we need the year so we can remember what we did. I adhered the letters on very lightly with snail adhesive so they can be removed with Goo gone or some other product.

I will post some photos tomorrow of what we did with this project!
