Dawn Rapsas has a great tutorial on YOUTube.com that has a peek a boo card tutorial. She makes this card so easy to do, that you can do it..!!! She has a different card on her tutorial, and I just got this set, so I really wanted to do something fun with this set! I love the flower. It is so pretty to color in (although I really hate cutting out stuff...I don't know why..I guess I wish there was a punch to do that....LAZY, i guess)
You've got to try this card. Very easy! I am working on more pop up cards, but I had to try this one first. I used Pink Pirouette and Bella Rose paper that is soon retiring....The stamp sets I used was Simple Friendships, and Great Friends. Both have the butterflies that are (BOTH) in the new catalog!!! The NEW Catalog starts in 4 days!!!***Blog Candy***

Great card---I'll have to try it later! The in color I'm gonna miss the most is probably Baja Breeze. such a great color!
ReplyDeleteI will be so sad to see Kiwi Kiss go. Green is my favorite and I love this one because you can use it and get so many looks, it matches so many colors. Runner up would be Baja Breeze.

ReplyDeleteWhat a cute card!! Love the name - peek a boo! LOL My favorite color that I'm going to miss dearly is Pink Pirouette. I love this soft soft shade of pink, and I use it with almost everything. Glad I stocked up on it before it was gone. :-)

ReplyDeleteI love riding hood red...its so great for the holidays. I'm going to really miss it. I like the new colors too though. I always am sad to see the old ones go... but then I warm up to the them pretty fast. I LOVE the soft suede already.
ReplyDeleteI will miss Kiwi Kiss. I did not like this color when I first saw it but after using it I now love it. Sorry to see there is no green in the new colors.
