Fine in 09! New Catalog and Idea book!

I have to apologize for not posting much lately...I got my catalogs on Monday, and was passing them out...and mailing a few, and just brain dead..not really, but busy with basketball and etc. too. Life..

I had an 'open house yesterday, and we did 4 cards! It was hard to figure out all my cards, but eventually they did get together, and got them done.

Don't you just love Googlie eyes? Somehow, they always make me smile, and maybe they do you too! I just thought that this owl looked cuter with googlie eyes!

This is a new Hostess set called Goody goody Gumdrops. When you see my card tomorrow, you'll know why it is called that!

This card has simplicity. Very monotone in Baja Breeze, and uses the Designer paper from the Baja Breeze package.
I used the Best Wishes and More, since it is still in the New Catalog, and one of my favorite sets!

This actually had some help from my friend, who wanted to see the words more clearly, so she stamped it on white cardstock! :)

The idea was from Convention 08 Make and Takes, using the chipboard frame and a flower in the center, with the ribbon, but I wanted to use a NEW set, so this is the Petal Pizzaz set...It is a new flower set, that has lots of bold imaged stamps!

The flower is stamped twice, once is Riding Hood Red, and then in Summer Sun. I punched out the center of the Summer sun flower and then layered it on a Build a Brad. The Decorative paper is Kiwi Kiss from the Designer packages of papers, and the Pacific Point Striped ribbon, and cardstock. The leaves were stamped in Versamark.
