Punched Flowers

I don't think I could even come up with this idea...The flowers are beautiful! Are there different sizes on the flower shape? Otherwise, how do they get the layers to look so nicely cut and measured shorter than the next layer? I've clicked on the link and her art work is amazing! Thanks for sharing!
