Halloween Hat

This was one of the cutest swaps done... This is a Hat that has the papers done with the Exclusive Designer papers by Stampin' up! This is a small hat covering a Reeses's Candy. She made a cone, and covered the candy, and placed it over the scallop punched circle. As we were admiring the teeny hat, light bulbs in our heads were going off, as we thought of Santa hats, and Leprechaun hats, birthday hats, ...get the picture? Here are the instructions for the Witches Hat:Supplies:DS Paper Creepy CrawlyBasic Black CSOnly Orange CSBasic Black Ink PadElegant Eggplant RibbonSilver CordEveryday Flexible Phrases1/16 Hand Held PunchColuzzle with Circle TemplateScalloped Circle PunchSticky StripGlue DotsInstructions:--with DS Paper cut a half circle using the Coluzzle circle Template(I used the second to the largest circle) and adhere with sticky strip to peanut butter cup allowing the bottome edge of peanut butter cut to be exposed.--punch the Basic Black CS using the scalloped circle punch and ahere peanut butter cup--create a bow using Elegant Eggplant.--with Basic Black ink, stamp "happy Halloween" on Only Orange CS and cut out. Punch 1/16 hole in corner and loop silver cord and attach it to bow with a knot.--adhere bow to hat using a glue dot.--Thanks,Isabel
