Sharing in your Sorrow

Sympathy cards is a hard card to make but easy if you use color to share your sorrow.  I decided to make the card for a friend who had passed recently.  Today is his funeral, and although I haven't seen these friends in a long time, funerals are always a hard time to get together with friends. It will be bittersweet.....
To start, I cut an oval using the framelits oval from cardstock. I laid it on the card, and sponged my colors onto the card using the oval to mask the space.  So Saffron in the center, Calypso Coral and Pear Pizzazz

Stamp the images Over the mask and in the sponged areas.

Remove the mask (held on with post -its on the back)

What you will see is this!
Stamped the words and then placed a larger oval on the cardstock - run through the Big Shot
I cut out black scallop oval (which is larger) to layer
 used Dazzling Details
 Voila!
Remembering friends, and seeing old friends...
