Elements of Style

This isn't anything new...in fact, this has been around for some time but it is really new for me...I just finally got the 'bug' to make one of these..and I love it!

I've seen some beautiful samples, but just never had the "time" or the urge to make one but today, I did...I finally have needed to come up with some new projects...and this one is really a sweet one. You can fill this with some treats, or fun snacks for a party favor, or maybe a gift for a co-worker....

I have a small ball of yarn inside...yes, it is yarn. I don't know why except I was thinking this would be a great gift for a friend who likes to knit. There would be a couple of knitting needles sticking out..and the sweet ball of yarn (guess what color! - yes, OLIVE!)

To top this off, I have used ribbon through the holes punched in the tab and added a silver slider from the Hodgepodge hardware....The ribbon is from the RIBBON ORIGINALS "ELEMENTARY" #116231. I love how it coordinates with the the colors that Stampin' Up carries! The designer paper is OLD OLIVE and the cardstock is Not Quite Navy.

The stamp set is from the NEW Summer Mini Occasions 2010 catalog called Elements of Style #120045 (clear mount set)
