Tell us Californians...it is WINTER! Well, this is my daughter getting ready for WINTER Camp..yes, they were going up to the mountain, and there was snow up there too.....
and this is how they dress for it!!
This actually was a few years ago..but it was the only one I could find where they actually had some long sleeves....
What is funny, is that they were cold up there...
Anyways, this is a PROGRESSIVE scrapbook page. The first photo is a 6x6 scrapbook page, and I used squares of color. They can be filled with photos, or just leave it with punched snowflakes.
Stepping up the page to a 8 1/2 x 11 page, I added a 5x7 frame and the title WINTER using the Bigz simple letters. It comes on 4 plates, and will cut through cardstock and chipboard. I used cardstock in winter white.
Stepping up to a 12x12, I moved the 8 1/2 x 11 sheet over, and twisted the 5x7 frame to horizontal, and then moved the small photo of my daughter and her friend to the corner. I can still add more photos to this page or just leave it....simple!
And...I added another photo. (it is one from my computer...not from my camera... but it was a Winter photo!)
I am having problems with Random.org tonight, so I will have to announce the Blog Candy winners tomorrow...apologies..!!!
btw, I am going to surprise you with this....I found more of the popcorn decor rub ons...so I will be sending out 11!!

Great job on stepping up to the next paper size! I keep meaning to start on scrapbooking (bought tons of supplies) but am intimidated. Thanks for sharing simple but beautiful layouts!
ReplyDeleteLove this page, and the way you used the blues & the snowflakes! Wish we had the snow here in Hawaii!!!
